step one
The first step is to have an initial phone conversation to discuss your project goals and schedule your in-home consultation. You can start by contacting us at info@terriekoles.com to set up a time.
step two
If we decide to move forward, we arrange an in-home (or on-line) consultation with you. This is when we will discuss your project’s timeline and your design needs/interests/dreams. This is a two hour consultation in which we ask a prepaid fee for. After our consultation we will provide you a Service Agreement & Preliminary Budget Breakdown. This outlines the projected project budget and our design fee, along with our process.
step three
Once the overall proposal is approved, we will return to your home to take exact measurements, share design concepts with you, and then begin to move onto sourcing specific items for your home.
step four
After we have completed in detail our design concept, we will meet with you again to present all aspects of your custom design, including floor plans, sourced items, pricing and samples. When the design plan has been approved we procure agreed upon items and services, manage all orders and oversee production, scheduling, installing, and any issues that may arise.
