Park Slope: A young person’s first home…bought during the pandemic. Our client purchased their first ever home, a beautiful late 1800’s brownstone duplex, just as the pandemic showed us who’s who. But, instead of being mired down with ships being stuck in canals, we used our time wisely to explore, procure and create a home engaging a fresh youthfulness with the stately elegance of another time….an Italian made sofa with exchangeable parts, mermaid green bath tiles, and deep rich wall colors to showcase their contemporary art.
